encouragement to a loved one or friend who is a patient at Mercy
Medical Center Mt. Shasta.
It's easy! Just provide us with the patient's name and room
number, and send your message to
mercymtshastagetwell@chw.edu.
We check for "Get Well" emails several times each weekday morning
(weekends and holidays are not included), and we will hand-deliver
the message.
Important Information:

Mail delivery is delayed without the patient's room
number. Our main switchboard 530-926-6111 can provide
this to you if you tell them the patient's name.

"Get Well" emails received after the patient has been
discharged will not be delivered or forwarded.

"Get Well" email cannot be used by patients to send
replies.

"Get Well" emails are not intended for any promotional or
business purposes, nor for any inappropriate information or
photographs; however, we cannot guarantee this does not
occur. With respect to our patient's privacy,
we do not screen "Get Well" emails.
