Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta is the recent recipient of the "Top Performer for Patient Satisfaction" gold award, presented by Catholic Healthcare West (CHW).

A national survey instrument measures patient satisfaction indicators at all 45 CHW medical centers, which are based throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.       

Chuck Gersdorf, Mercy Mt. Shasta's president, says, "Besides this award, we are ranked in the top 10% of ALL hospitals in the country for providing world-class patient care. We are grateful to every employee, physician and volunteer for their many acts of caring for our patients and the communities we serve.  It's because of our team that we are so highly ranked."
